She dropped our food on the floor and had to be remade. Our food was nice and hot. My brother got the new chicken parmesan. When returning today, I was recognized by an employee stocking that had seen I was looking for an item the day before that wasn't there, and promptly offered me the item from the back after just receiving it on shipment today.
